Schenck/Horiba dynamometers controller

The X-Zec 5-WA is a National instruments cRio based controller implementation for Schenck/Horiba water brake dynamometers. The controller has the ability to run in Speed and Torque control modes. The controller acquires the following signals
  • Speed
  • Torque
  • Power
  • 8 x 4 - 20mA signals
  • 8 x -10V to 10V signals
  • 7 x Digital input signals

Included in the package is an instrumentation enclosure with 8 Thermo-couple channels and 4 Pressure channels of your choice (-100Kpa to 6000 Kpa and -14.5Psi to 8702Psi). 

All functions of the controller are activated by either a free windows based software application called (X-Tract terminal ) included or via a Modbus/TCP/IP connection to the controller.  Documentation is available on request.  

JAD Systems also offers a full measurement and automation suite, the JAD X-Tract.

           - Update rate up to 25 signals per
